Hello Zoie
Recently we did a Sweet 16 birthday party and the theme was Hello Kitty. We didn't want it to seem too kiddie so we used balloons and confetti for the centerpieces and did a banner from scrapbook paper that read Hello Zoie instead of Hello Kitty.

CandyLand Theme Birthday
Miss Avery Elizabeth turned one year old this past weekend and we threw her a sweet celebration. It was fun to do and it turned out great. We created a candy wreath out of blow pops and did a CandyLand walkway with poster board. The banner was made from glitter foam and construction paper and we did the centerpiece with boxed candy and lollipops. We did a candy station, the kids made candy necklaces and snacked on snowballs and popcorn from the concession stand.

Glam Sticks
Check out these easy to make glitter ball sticks that you can use to add a little glamour to just about anything. I used them for a birthday cake but you can also use them to spice up a floral arrangement or even make a small bouquet of them for your coffee table and so much more. I spray painted foam balls, then covered them with glitter glue and added skewer sticks. Instant glam!

Cake Couture
Posh Parties had a very busy weekend hosting a sweet 13 birthday party and a christening. For the christening we decided to fab up a simple cake by adding a rhinestone cross that we made ourselves. It was very easy and anyone can dazzle up a plain cake with their own custom made cake topper.
All you need is a foam cross, spray paint, hot glue gun, rhinestones, and a skewer to create your own cake couture.

Winter Wonderland Theme 75th Birthday Celebration
Working on a party with a small budget? Think outside the box like we did with this party. We spent very little money on decorations by spray painting wine bottles and tree branches. We accented them with ornaments and tinsel.
Pretty In Pink Princess Party
Jungle Theme Papmer Party
For a second baby of the same sex, think about throwing a diaper shower with a unique twist. We did a pamper party and asked guests to only bring pampers and gift cards. In return guests were pampered with facials. We served a specialty non-alcoholic drink and guests dined on jungle themed foods.
CoCo Chanel French Inspired Baby Shower
If you are a fashionista and would like to throw a designer themed party, try decorating with quotes from that designer, using their signature colors and dining on food from their home country or state.
